Miss Stacy Jo Boeddeker
Stacy is a Master Teacher, Choreographer and Dancer from the Twin Cities. She is quickly
becoming one of the most sought after teachers in the industry and has wide acclaim throughout
Europe, Canada and The States. In 2009 Stacy formed the Dance Company, Poetry In Motion;
A Contemporary Dance Movement. She feels a commitment and passion to change the ideals of
American Dance Companies herein. Other credits include Master Teaching for the ever most,
CanDance Dance Convention in Toronto and Ottawa, Beyond Dance Dance Convention,
throughout the US, Jazzowega Dance Intensive in Kielce, Poland and Assistant to Dee Caspary
for The Shoot Dance Convention, Media Danza Dance Festival in Bari, Italy and the most
popular TV show So You Think You Can Dance. Stacy has been a part of Evolution Dance
Company under Mark Meismer in Los Angeles, CA and has trained and performed in Nagsaki,
Japan, Kielce Poland, Paris France and many US cities. Stacy has also had the opportunity to
perform and collaborate with Amy Grant, Gloria Estefan on The Rosie O’Donnel Show and
Paula Abdul, to name a few. Stacy recently performed with Poetry In Motion at The Nvitational
in Los Angelese, CA under the direction of Dee Caspary The company also performed in Kielce,
Poland for the second year at their Jazzowega workshop. Stacy just finished producing,
choreographing and staging “The Transit of Venus” with Ricky Palomino for the dance company
KTT in Kielce, Poland. “The Transit of Venus” debuted Dec. 3rd 2011. Poetry In Motion was
also one of the first dance companies to perform at the brand new arts theater and dance center in
Minneapolis, The Cowles Center. Other credits have included a Microsoft Commercial, an
industrial in Las Vegas for Delta Airlines Global Conference and featured performer with LXD
at The 2012 Dizzy Feet Gala in Los Angeles. Her early years of dance include Guest Performing
with the famous, Joffrey Ballet, Target Christmas commercial with Amy Grant and numerous
print ads for Target. Stacy continues to train and master teach at numerous professional
intensives and workshops throughout the country. She choreographs pieces across the nation for
competitive dance and training schools. She never stops educating herself in the art of
